There is no "click", my understanding is that this is a marketing wording and not reflecting the actual action (I am German and read the instructions, no word of a Klick).
The Baader clicklock is a twist lock, you twist and it locks.
Compared to the nice Antares twist lock the Badder needs a bit less twist angle, has a slightly more positive locking feel and a slighly better surface finish, I have both for 1.25".
If price would be closer I would always go for the Baader but the Antares is very competitively priced.
