These are the well regarded BA8 series binoculars made by United Optics. They are waterproof and nitrogen purged, and used by the military for their tough construction and very high collimation standard.
They are a real pleasure to use, with a bright 4.4 degree FOV and 18mm of eye relief. The optics are in great condition with hardly even a sign of dust. I have observed thousands of objects with these, including all the Messiers visible from Australia.
Comes with a pair of Orion glass solar filters for great sun spot observing.
Includes a padded case for the Paragon Plus Mount and hard case for the binoculars. I will also include a pan head to use on the tripod as a heavy duty camera mount.
