Focuser + Bits: $13.40 Australia-wide
Dew Shield: Varies by destination, but e.g. ~$7 to Melbourne
Finderscope: Varies by destination, but e.g. ~$14 to Melbourne
OTA: Varies by destination, but e.g. ~$175 to Melbourne depot-to-depot by Pack and Send with insurance, or, ~$75 to Melbourne by Aus Post without insurance (but I wouldn't trust Aus Post with something this delicate).
