It looks like blocked ink nozzles to me, so that you aren't getting full coverage of all colours consistently. I know you said that you have checked, but it certainly looks like partially blocked nozzles.
Put the printer through one or two cycles of its deepest "ink jet cleaning" routine, and then re-try.
