As far as I know everything is ok but I have never really used it as I don't have a proper mount and I'm not really into SCTs. It seemed like a good idea at the time when I got it but when you can observe with a 18" or 28" anytime you want the 12"sct gets neglected. I put it on an neq6 a couple of times but it was a bit if a pain to use and I just went back to my dobs. I was meaning to get onto it one day but I figure I might as well sell it and free up a space in the spare room. I thought it would have sold at this price by now.
Like I said I'm more into dobs so not sure about the dovetail and what it fits.
