Having just spent a small fortune on a new carbon fibre tripod and head, I now have a spare Manfrotto 410 Jr Geared Head with Quick Release Plate.
This head has geared movement on all axes so can be used as an Alt Az mount for small scopes for solar/lunar tracking.
