I had a play with startools to remove the blue gradient, attached. I used your jpg so won't be as good, but helps when you remove the blue cast. just blink between the two.
what scope was this?
the top right corner suggests a minor tilt of your camera or focuser, not PA. best to do a star test collimation to see if the secondary is centered.
PA would show up as field rotation in all corners.
