I should put in, my starting weight at the end of 2013 was about 93KG (A bit of a guess, the old scales were very inconsistent so I bought new ones, which seem to read higher. I am estimating what the new, higher reading ones would have put me at) I am about 176cm tall.
I got down to about 82 on the new scales a couple of months back before the wheels fell off and am sitting at about 86 now, and have just got a kickstart again on the training. All the usual measurements were following about the path I would expect as the weight came off. Plenty off the waist in particular (I never looked "Fat" as such, just in a bit too good condition with a bit more belly on me than I liked. It was most noticeable that all the trousers I have had for years were suddenly falling off me.
I am aiming at 75KG and clear, defined abs as a telltale of belly fat! (Yes, other exercises like situps and some light weight training in the mix too) and I am still looking to get there by the end of this year. 75KG puts me well into the "healthy" BMI range to use what little guidance I would trust BMI to give me.
Of most interest to me is keeping the fatty liver under control and just the generally better feeling life without the excess kilos and with better fitness.
Oh, and it has gotten to the point where it is cheaper and easier to take 5KG off myself than off my race car!
