I used Photoshop CS6 - Under tools Photomerge/automatic and ticked Geometric Distortion Correction ... works a treat everytime.

Camera was portrait oriented (is that right? sounds wrong)
Stitched and edited in PS CS6.
I probably could've taken less exposures but I like to have at least 50% overlap.
