FWIW, I had similar astigmatism in one of my systems. Marc advised that I redo the secondary and sure enough, the silicon mounting was pulling the mirror out of shape. Tried lots of alternative mounting, but the best has been 3 tabs of white, slightly spongy, double sided tape (Mitre10 home brand, but there are others).

Thanks Ray. You might be right about the secondary as I just did another test and changing the tilt had little effect. Might try severing most of the silastic leaving only three or four points of support and see what happens.
