Thanks, guys. Unfortunately I cannot go today as I am sick. I will have a look tomorrow. I do think they were too small, but your advice is also good for the future.
I do see binoculars all the time.
I would prefer hand-held binoculars. If I need a tripod I can also use my telescope.
