That is sad news.
paying the extra $2.30 registration is a good thing to do.But I wonder would it have prevented this episode? hopefully it would have.
Its a real concern to read something like this,most of us here get lots of parcels.Reading your post,sounds like the item was in envelope,and a opportunistic theft,maybe a solid cardboard carton parcel might stand better chances from opportunistic theft.
Hope the the archery goes well in future,I have people in that field visit form time to time,one lady has an amazing recurve bow.
