First up the image you just put up is very nice. Great colour and sharp detail.
That time lapse is sweet. A few jumps here and there but the dedication to the imaging is spectacular.
I know exactly how you feel with your win of the Solar system hi res in 2012 with the Venus transit. I considered putting in a similar image myself but did not. In the end the better image won on that occasion. To be honest I was shocked that my solar image got up last weekend. I did not expect that.
This is a contender for next year.
