M20 11.7 hours

I was pretty lucky to pick up the colour data and luminance data for this object in the last few days. I could have collected more data but felt it did not need the extended integration.

There is some slight mis-registration in the stars which is puzzling as the colour combine seemed to produce this result. It is only minor but enough to bug me.

I do like the Jet being just visible in the larger resolution image. Also I really like the reflection nebulosity throughout the entire image. And; of course I really like the dark dust lanes dotted about.

A truly fascinating object that cannot be overlooked as a target. The last time I imaged it was in 2009 and that was with a modded 40D. It was high time I did it again with the equipment I have now.
