I don't think the mirror is centre spotted from Andrews, you'll need to do this if you want to collimate accurately.
I've got 9, 15, 25 and 32mm eyepieces, as well as a 2x barlow. I use them all in all combinations, depending on what you're looking at.
If you can afford it, get a GS SV 30mm at the same time, wonderful widefield views for open clusters and starhopping. And then you won't need or want a 32mm plossl.
