Hello, I am selling my Vixen VMC110L Kit comprised of:

Vixen VMC110L Telescope
Vixen 2x Barlow lens
Vixen Red-dot Finder
25mm quality Plossl Eyepiece
Pelican-style strong travel case

This was my first entry into astronomy and astrophotography, and now the bug is bit I am going to move into some comparatively expensive hardware.

I think I did this the right way - buy a quality, budget scope, and only if want to pursue the hobby further, get something more serious.

This package is in superb condition, I look after everything very well. Most of my photographic and electronics I have accumulated and sold on eBay under the moniker ganymede68, and I have very high reviews and 5 gold stars, if you care to have a look.

I used it on a quality Manfrotto tripod with a geared head (not included of course), and was able to track planets, take video, stacking in software.

This is a compact optical tube, with features found on Vixen's higher end telescopes. Suitable for viewing the night sky or birds in far off trees. The Vixen VMC110L Reflector Telescope, is a 110 mm (4.33 inch) aperture modified Cassegrain f/9.4 optical tube assembly. The open tube design eliminate dew problems associated with closed tubes.

The VMC110L Telescope includes a built in slide mirror. Install 2 different eyepieces and change views easily. Or, attach your camera to one and an eyepiece to the other and capture images with ease.

With no corrector plate, the VMC110L Telescope features a small corrector lens ahead of the secondary mirror. The curved mirror braces reduce the effect of light diffraction.
