Just purchased an LG 70", couldn't be happier. Forget the distances from the screen the people "recommend" they said I should be 4m from the screen to enjoy it. At 2.5m it is perfect, fills your visuals just right. 3d is a joy to watch as you are not distracted by the room you are in not being in the same visual plane.
It only doesn't tick one of your boxes, in that it only has 3 HDMI.
WEBOS (yes the old Palm/HP tablet OSD) for controlling you TV is great, can download content direct with app plugins, streams DLNA direct, you can down load games.
