Yes, it's a new type of solar film that also lets through all artificial lighting, designed specifically for this sort of shot!

Actually, I've attached a stacked image of the filtered shots, showing that it was easy to align these with the earlier panorama, (especially with this image which was taken just before adding the filter as a guide)

Thanks Greg! I know it is an "impossible" image, but like you said, you have to do something to stand out from the crowd! I will try and get a Moonrise image from the same location one of these days...
