A great start. You have some guiding problems as the stars are elongated.

Make sure:

1. The Polar Alignment of the mount is as accurate as possible.
2. Your mount is well balanced.
3. No cable drag is occuring.
4. Try shorter exposures if needed to get round stars.

If you are using a guide scope make sure everything is tight and no slop or wiggle.
