Where to get the replacement screws - there should be some type of business in Albury who specialise in nuts and bolts. Take one of the original bolts and they should be able to match it with a Hex bolt.
Things to be mindful of when I do replace - removing and replacing the bolts should not be a problem. You just need to do one at a time. I would recommend that you remove the rough edges from the bass of the thread. Also round the bass of the bolt so that it will turn smooth and not cut into the bottom of the secondary.
Should I replace - Yes, phillip head screws can be easily burred, the hex bolt will not burr and collimation will be easier.
If you can not find a suitable source for replacement Hex bolts you know who to call.
