thanks Mike - this was the needle in the haystack, its not perfect and in a storm event that dumps over a 1:100 there may be water issues, but during the pasha storm it came up to a sign post in the paddock - only a meter in height below the back fence
during a PMF would be evacuated so life is a gamble. As for Brad yes its closer and Steph can still catch a bus to Uni - after she finishes her HSC this year. Her trials are in July.
