I know where that is and it looks to be a really good compromise, only up the road and closer to BT for Brad too. From the backyard photos at least the house looks similar to your current floodlit house (minus the white photons).
LOL! I see it is only 1.85km (as the crow flies) from your current place...can you see Bunnings from there too though..?
