Yes it is complete with legs and the EP's that came with it. It runs nicely off 12volts although the 18 volt P/S is included. The Gotos and tracking are excellent. I have been a repairer of the classics for many years and have spares.
For many years the only use it got was school astronomy nights and macquarie uni nights where I could have it set up and working in ten minutes.
