But I have noticed other images I have seen posted of this target has more blue...but I put it down to being unmodded DSLR being blue bias.

Tony, yea, you are probably
right. I was really being critical because you asked for it.
The colour in this galaxy is really very difficult to bring out. My attempt from last season was almost greyscale (half your focal length):
