As some of you may know, astronomy is not my only hobby. One of my interests is dancing, specifically Rock'n'Roll with a bit of swing, balboa, lindy hop thrown in.
Anyway having been in the Vic Rock'n'Roll scene for a few years I was President of the VRRDA (Vic R'n'R Dance Assoc) over the last 6 years and one of the last initiatives of my time there was to institute a Hall of Fame. We held the first induction at the Vic Titles a fortnight ago and one of the inductees was Dr Heather Hunter.
