It looks like you have a decent amount of data in your image, it just might need a few tricks to bring it out.
My method of processing is to try and remove any LP, colour casts etc, first and then enhancing what is left. Unmodded cameras give beautiful range of colours in nebulae particularly in the blue channel that often gets drowned out by the Ha.
I hope you don't mind but I tried my work flow on your image (very hard with the small size
) and came up with this result, what do you think? It's probably a bit lacking in the reds, what was your white balance on?
