Excuse my skepticism H, but I have live in the Maroochy Shire/Sunshine Coast Regional Council nearly all my life.
I wish you a LOT of luck. Everyone before you has tried, and failed. Seems more people complain about streetlights here in SunVegas, the more they put up. They damned well don't seem to spend our rates money on anything else
