Hi all
I am dipping my toes in the water regarding radio and SDR. Since there has been a lack of comment regarding this thread, I am wondering if there are others out there who have tried this?
I would be interested to hear because I have decided to build a few antennas and have some questions and ideas to throw around - especially for anyone who has looked at the designs by John Coppens or read the article "Building a Quadrifilar Helix Antenna for Undergraduate Researchers".
(note regarding plurals - I believe the plural of antenna, when talking about radio/tv is antennas. The plural of antenna when talking about bugs/animals is antennae. I would be happy to hear comments on this as well.)
