Tell yourself, "Ya can't lose with houses!" and fantasise about a lavish retirement based on the flimsy assumption of a huge capital gain. Deny the existence of a rapidly-inflating residential property bubble, while repeating the mantra, "Un Zull'n Us Duffrunt!"
