Oh, I thought it was the same spammer who got banned and re-registered under a different name.
To add to Stefan's suggestion... Some boards moderate the first couple of posts of new users to verify they are not spammers (in other words new users cannot immediately post, their first posts must be approved), but of course this increases the work of moderators...
