Still got it!
While walking down the backyard this afternoon [2014/05/01] I noticed this small grasshopper sitting on the clothes line and thought it would make a good capture.
I swapped lenses on the 5DIII and then had another brainwave to see if I could still handhold and produce an acceptably sharp image - I think I have!
Canon 100mm - 400mm f1:4.5-5.6L with IS on and in mode 2.
Focal Length = 400mm
f = 9.0
1/320sec
ISO = 640
The image has been heavily cropped to about 1/3rd original. I also like the bokeh.
