Drove north as far as Narellan to watch the first 15 minutes through gaps in the advancing cloud allowing very marginal low-contrast views through the Lunt, though the phase was clearly visible.

After the Sun set in the dreaded cloud, I commenced the drive home but decided to turn off at Razorback (being the site intended originally) to see if that apparent gap in the cloud just above the horizon was transparent. Thought "this isn't over yet". Sure enough, after a short wait - Bam! a surpirsingly clear view of the event just a few minutes shy of maximum eclipse! Enjoyed the view immensely & took the attached photos with a 70mm filterless lens at f/22 and 1/8000. Quality is poor but should illustrate sufficiently.
