Strange. I have several native copies of wget that work on Win7 and Win8.1 as well as the CygWin version.
If you look at the script you can get the URLs and download the file(s) directly.
The best choice would probably be

From the horrible URLs you can see why I scripted it.
From your place the Kurrajong towers are at bearing 298 deg true. They transmit ABC30, SBS32, TCN33, TEN45 and ATN48. The first three are Band IV and the last two Band V so you probably need a dual band UHF antenna.
The three around Artarmon are 119 or 120 deg true.
Knight's Hill is 192 deg true.
