Yes get used to it! Now we have digital TV anything that gets the decoder out of sync will do this. However I would have thought your area would be less subject than my area (over the hill and far away) at Kellyville.
If you have an apartment distribution system there could be something amiss with the distribution amp or aerial. Check with your neighbours.
