Yes, it looks exactly like SkySafari 4 Basic, with the addition of support for the Celestron Cosmos 90 GT telescope - but this is the ONLY telescope it can drive, apparently. (The Cosmos WiFi telescope broadcasts it's own WiFi network, and the app is limited to only work with this interface.) I would guess that SkySafari have done a cross-branding / licensing deal with Celestron and the Cosmos TV show.

If you have the Celestron Cosmos WiFi telescope, it would certainly be worth getting, or if you just want a good free planetarium app, but if you want a richer database, or you want to interface to ANY other telescope, SkySafari 4 Plus or Pro would be a much better bet.
