I wouldn't have a telescope without a motor focus, as it overcomes the vibration aspect whilst trying to focus. I use JMI focuser's, as they have a discrete little motor, mounted under the focuser.
I particularly like that I can have two focuser's, as it the piggyback arrangement, plugged into one hand. I am only a visual observer who likes the combination of scopes for visual.
I will be at JMI in May and will be looking to get new focuser's for my new telescopes.
Although, because JMI don't have a focuser for my WO 110 FLT, I may have to get a Moonlite instead.
