Seeing conditions not good.
Been waiting so long to do some viewing i decided to take a peek at Mars a little earlier, about 9pm ( sunshine coast ) but alas it was too blurry, i could make out the little polar cap but seeing conditions are not good so that was it.
Skippy Sky said conditions would be poor but as the stars did not seem to twinkle very much i took a chance, probally too much water vapour floating around higher up.
As the evenings start to cool i hope conditions will get better sooon.
One question for those on the sunshine coast / Brisbane area, have you had dew problems with your SCT in the cooler seasons?
