Awesome shots John, they look terrific at the shrunk down size, but at full res there's some horrible jpeg compression evident.
You should resize your shots to 800x600 (or there abouts) BEFORE saving as compressed jpeg, as you'll get them forum guidelines with minimal compression then. At the resolution you've uploaded them at, they are horribly compressed to get under the forum guidelines.
They look fantastic all the same, and I'm looking forward to a new thread in the photography forum with writeup and more pics of your Nepal trip!
