I have never imaged this target before but have always wanted too. Now with the New rig working I have finally got a result. Having the Observatory built has changed things so much. All my emphasis used to be on setting up, alignment and getting all the gear going. Now its on what to image and if the weather will let me! As i work nights I get a bit tired and now I can roll back the roof fire up the gear and be taking the first set of pics in less than 15 minutes. Using team viewer I can go to bed and set an alarm for when I need to change targets. Warm comfortable and still getting pictures (bliss).
Anyway same gear 12" GSO Newt with Wynne corrector (F3.6) Atik 11000M.
8 X 600 secs Ha, 4 X 300 sec each RGB. MaximDL, CCDStack, PS6
