or play the file and use sound recorder to record it .. that's if it's still in windows 8. or able to from onboard sound ... but using a soundcard years ago that was an easy way to record any audio.

you may have to change the source in the mixer etc but it was easy to do

or download the wav files from www.soundbible.com/tags-storm.html
wav files are not compressed so the quality is better
