If you can put it up on jack stands it would be better, and you could drop the tyre pressures down a bit or jsut leave them alone if you had it up in the air.
That is one thing that could be a real advantage, some tyres don't seem to have any issues but others I have had take a set in a week if they are not moved and the car feels pretty lumpy for a couple of KM until they warm up and come smooth again. I had a Falcon XR6 that felt like it had square wheels for a KM or two if it sat for more than a couple of days without moving.
