Jupiter & Moon last night and Everest Moonrise

Hi Everyone,

after 7 weeks o/s good to come home with Jupiter blazing o/head now at midnight and at over 40". Amazing amount of stunning Jove images on this forum so well done!!!

Jupiter images attached taken this morning just after midnight with my 12.5" and NexImage webcam, reduced to 70% of size due to poor seeing (4/10). Approx 400 frames stacked in Registax: wavelets; then AstraImage: ME Deco (7 iterations at 1.7), Alpha Trimmed Mean (3x3), Unsharp Mask, Contrast & Brightness enhanced. 2 Images to look at various degrees of processing.

As well, did the old "snap" of the moon into the 12.5" with a 32mm Plossl, afocally via tripod mounted Canon Powershot 8 camera.

Lastly, I know it's borderline landscape photography, but have attached 3 shots of the full moon rising a few weeks ago over Mt Everest.

Comments welcome! and enjoy!
