My 06 Pajero costs about $250 per key from MMA. The big issue is that the transponder inside the key has to be tuned to the car, and only MMA can do that. A regularly cut key will open the doors, but not start the car.
Sorry Stefan, but where Mitsubishi is involved, you won't get off lightly.
