Answering some questions, it is an Australian model and purchased in Australia, was not purchased in the US.
And yes, the big 2inch diagonal comes with it as well.
It has been upgraded with a sorbathane washer to ensure the secondary mirror stays collimated (courtesy of Starizona) it basically stops the holder rotating out of alignment.
