You could use a Virtual Machine. Install a Linux distribution on the Windows machine then install the software on the VM. Linking between Windows and Linux is possible using Samba.
But information is not that straight forward unless you know what is a virtual Machine
It run concurrent Windows with a Linux embedded into the window. System runs slow tough as some memory allocation is taken up by the Virtual Machine.

Oracle create a free VM, and most Linux distributions are free.
