That's one of the other things I like about occultation work - it's a team effort, even if you're working alone, and an
international team effort as well. There was something like 26 observers in four countries working together for the Orcus event, with the Japanese observers scoring a hit for Vanth, the moon of Orcus.
And the BOSS team have been an inspiration for me too.
May there always be someone who looks up at the night sky and wonders what else they could be doing with their telescope than looking at the Orion Nebula...
