When the connection is slow or just stops all the LED's on my modem are still on. I have checked my PC and it is still connected.
I have a cordless phone which actually operates on a different frequency and is designed to not interfere with wireless networks (I tested it by loading a webpage on my mobile and it was fine). It seems it's my PC.
Last night and today has been alright.
