Not the calibre of Ray's recent M104, but still had to have a go!
I'm presenting this as a wider field, resolution is not good enough seeing was crap too for any detail, so I made it colourful instead.
A few of the fainter background galaxies are showing up.
I used registax to stack, it seemed to do a better job on bringing out what detail there is.
8” F/4 astrograph , baader type coma corrector,. HEQ Pro 5 mount, orion mini guider.
Camera.
Unmodded Cannon 1100D. Cooler box.
15 x 8 minute subs ISO 800 . Stacked in Registax5 .Processed in Photoshop 7 .
