Nice one Astro,
When you get to the stacked result, click on the RGB align button along the right side and make sure Mars is in the box. Click estimate and see if the values change for RGB.
It looks like it needs an align as there is red/blue fringing on opposite sides of the disc, give this a go and you should get sharper results.
Syrtis Major is visible, so you have done well!
