Most of it is pretty good.

I built a plastic air deflector 12" by 30" x 1/4" thick to direct the air from a 1Hp centrifugal blower on to a plastic vacuum former cradle to reduce the cooling time and increase output.

As a temporary measure I used double sided tape to join pieces and settle on the best angle. I intended to make the job permanent when I had the right angle. I never got a "round tuit" and 10 years later the deflector was still in place held by the same double sided tape.
